You buy Le Mans Ultimate once. You pay for the game, and if you want more cars and circuits, you buy DLC packs separately. You do not need a subscription to race online. Below are all the amounts as Steam shows them in the Netherlands, in euros.

What does the game cost?
Le Mans Ultimate costs €39.99 on Steam. It is the official game of the FIA World Endurance Championship and the 24 Hours of Le Mans, developed and published by Studio 397. Steam lists Windows as the only platform, and the official site lemansultimate.com only points to Steam for buying it.
The game is not out on PlayStation or Xbox yet. Motorsport Games, which releases Le Mans Ultimate, wrote in its quarterly report of May 2026 that it continues to work on plans for "taking Le Mans Ultimate to console". You buy all DLC once, on Steam. These are the packs and passes with their price:

- 2024 packs: the cars and circuits of the 2024 WEC season. According to Steam, Pack 3 brought the LMGT3 class to the game.
- ELMS Season Pass: according to Steam, the pass bundles "all the packs" of the European Le Mans Series, with three new LMP3 cars and three circuits. The single ELMS packs cost 3 × €9.99 = €29.97 together (our sum).
- US Track Pass: according to Steam, it bundles all three US Track Packs, six American circuits in total. Packs 1 and 2 are out; Steam lists Pack 3 for December.
Subscription for online racing: yes or no?
No. The official LMU guide says: "Online play requires a free RaceControl Lite account." RaceControl is Motorsport Games' online platform, where you race the daily races, weekly races and special events.
On top of that there are two paid subscriptions, RaceControl Pro and Pro+. According to the LMU guide, this is "an optional subscription" and "not required to play online". Lite users have "free access to Daily Races, Weekly Races and Special Events as well as joining Hosted Servers".
- RaceControl Pro gives, according to RaceControl, "premium access to online racing features including Online Championships and enhanced driver reports".
- RaceControl Pro+ "also unlocks all DLC on Le Mans Ultimate and rFactor 2".
You pay for both subscriptions monthly or yearly. RaceControl calculates local taxes at checkout. The amounts are on the RaceControl Pro page.

- The game only: €39.99. Online racing with RaceControl Lite costs nothing extra.
